We want every order to arrive in beautiful condition. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@resoria.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Fresh flowers, plants, floral arrangements and bespoke/custom orders are perishable or made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or natural seasonal variations.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from what was agreed, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund or refund.
For non-perishable items, such as vases, pots or unopened gift items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at info@resoria.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Once we have reviewed your return or issue, we will let you know whether a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
