For custom orders, wedding flowers, event flowers, funeral flowers or bespoke designs, details will be agreed separately where applicable.

Delivery and collection options are subject to availability, location, order type and preparation time.
Seasonal Bouquets may be available for same-day delivery where possible. Other items may require advance ordering, as stated in our Delivery Information.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on the selected or agreed date. However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, access issues, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, we may follow the delivery instructions provided, leave the item with a suitable person, leave it in a safe place where appropriate, or contact the customer for further instructions.
7. Returns, Refunds and Perishable Items
Fresh flowers, plants, floral arrangements and bespoke/custom orders are perishable or made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or natural seasonal variation.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from what was agreed, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@resoria.com with your order number and clear photos of the affected item.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, redelivery, partial refund or refund.
For non-perishable items, such as vases, pots or unopened gift items, returns may be accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
